Our client wished to acquire adjoining residential properties so that, together with his own residence in a prime beachfront location, the land would then be a good sized holding and an attractive redevelopment proposition for resale.

Unfortunately, although he was in business, our client’s bank declined to provide the required funding.

We shared our client’s vision, finalised the necessary financial statements and took the proposal to our own

bank, setting up a meeting to progress funding.  The upshot was that finance was approved, the desired acquisitions made and ultimately a developer purchased the property and completed the multi-million dollar redevelopment envisaged by our client.

It was a win-win outcome for all concerned; with significant profits, our client has never looked back and was very happy for BSN & Co to facilitate the lending. It really is “all about you”, the client.
